Realm has won a Revo Gold Award in the Re:fresh category for the stunning £7m redevelopment of Livingston Designer Outlet beating off stiff competition from schemes in Reading and Bedford.
Pictured in the photo are James Cons chair of the Revo Gold Award jury, Sinchi Wu Senior Designer at Rawls Architects, Dan Mason Realm’s Development Director, Karen Stewart Livingston Designer Outlet Centre Manager and Revo President Mark Robinson.
As James Cons announced the result of the rigorous judging process he commented how Realm had “set about to fundamentally reposition the asset, not simply refurbishing the interior and exterior but through the inclusion of an ambitious rebranding and cultural change that benefits all stakeholders we have effectively rebooted the scheme”.
