The increase in the quality and quantity of retail, catering and leisure results in a step change Rochdale’s classificaiton improving it from a Small Metropolitan Town to a Medium Metropolitan Town.

Rochdale’s strengthened offer results in the town’s Residential Comparison Goods market potential increasing to £233.4m; up 81% vs. its current market potential.
