Originally called Shires Yard this scheme was first developed as a boutique shopping centre in 1988.Located in the heart of the premium quarter of the city it is now emerging as a scheme offering modern sophisticated lifestyle experiences with innovative occupiers such as LeVignoble, Boudavida and Spin Village sitting alongside established brands such as Phase Eight and Hobbs.
A strong restaurant line up includes Coté Brasserie and The Botanist (opening early 2019). The city of Bath has a population of 94,000 and is a regionally dominant affluent city for the North Eastern region of Somerset with 31% higher concentrations of AB and 16% higher level of ABC1 consumers than the UK average. Milsom Place shoppers are drawn as far away as the South Cotswolds and Cheltenham to the north, from Dorset in the south, Cardiff from the west and the M4 corridor and Reading from the east.

The key attractions of the Roman Baths, Pumphouse, Abbey, Royal Crescent are all within 10 minutes walk of Milsom Place and visitor profiles are particularly affluent with 73% ABC1.
