Freeport Fleetwood in Lancashire is the county's No. 1 outlet centre, anchored by M&S, Next and Gap. Freeport Fleetwood is built in the New England style with landscaped open malls and a viewing area overlooking the marina.

Opened in 1995 and remodelled, rebranded and relaunched by Realm in 2006. Planning consent has been granted for a new retail park on the site and pre-lets are in negotiation.
