As a leading independent company specialising in the development and asset management of outlet centres and retail property, Multi-Realm understands the importance of sustainability, its fundamental importance to our everyday activities, and the improved financial performance that flow from operating in a sustainable manner.
Our statutory responsibility to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees, brands and visitors to our premises is a primary concern for our business, and we will continually strive to develop and improve our processes and procedures to provide a safe and secure environment for all.
We recognise that our activities and services have both direct and indirect impacts upon the environment. Our Sustainability Policy is to mitigate and minimise these impacts as far as possible.

Reduce our environmental footprint through optimal use of resources
including the procurement of green energy, water saving and materials
Maintain our zero waste to landfill target across all our managed assets
and with our brand partners actively strive to minimise waste volumes
Reduce the impact of deliveries and maximise local sourcing

Agree “green” clauses in our leases
with brands to embed co-operation and ownership of sustainable practices
We will seek to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental management by putting in place arrangements for external parties to periodically audit and examine our processes and procedures to internationally recognised standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
